Two Schools · One College · One World

Developing minds. Forming hearts. Empowering leaders.

Where are you in your journey?

School of Leadership · Established 1996

Great leaders aren't born.
They're discipled.

This is not a gap year. This is a formation year. And then another. And then one more.

School of Leadership students in worship

Two years. A lifetime of impact.

The School of Leadership is the heartbeat of Capital College — a two-year (with an optional third-year capstone), full-time immersion into theology, ministry, and community for young adults ages 18 to 30. It is not a casual commitment. It is an invitation to stop drifting and start becoming.

You will study the Word. You will engage in real ministry. You will do both inside a community of people asking the same questions and pursuing the same God. But more than anything — you will be shaped.

We have been doing this since 1996.

What began as an internship program has formed some of the most influential leaders in this region. They came through this house. The name has changed. The conviction has not.

Thirty years of calling discovered, character formed, and God glorified

Formed. Equipped. Launched.

Year One

Formed

You will know who you are.

Every leader begins with a question of identity. Year 1 goes to the root — biblical foundations, theological grounding, and personal formation — because you cannot lead others further than you have gone yourself.

Year Two

Equipped

You will know what you carry.

Year 2 moves from identity into ministry — theology in practice, leadership development, and hands-on ministry experience. You will leave knowing what God has placed in your hands.

Year Three · New · Launching August 2026

Launched

You will know where you are going.

This is the capstone year. Brand new. Year 3 is where formation becomes a mission — where equipped leaders step into their specific calling with clarity, conviction, and a community behind them.

Go deeper in God.

Not everyone can step away from life. But everyone can go deeper in it.

School of Theology community in worship

You are not a backup plan. This school was built for exactly who you are.

The School of Theology exists for the men and women who carry serious hunger for God's Word alongside real-life responsibilities. The professional who has always wanted to study Scripture at a serious level. The ministry leader who needs stronger biblical foundations. The parent, the volunteer, the seasoned disciple who knows there is more depth to reach — and finally has a place to do it.

The call to grow in God does not have an age limit. The call to go deeper does not require stepping away from your life.
